Congratulations to two St. Peter’s School students who qualified for the Regional Southeast Ohio Scripps Howard National Spelling Bee competition to be held at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio on Saturday, March 16.
Fourth grader, Lillie Nguyen, and seventh grader, Anthony Katsaounis, earned the right to compete at this level. These students were administered an online test and were among a group of 70 students who qualified for this event.
The winner of this event qualifies for the National Spelling Bee to be held in Washington, D.C. in May.
