The St. Peter’s Elementary Annual Arts Festival was held on Wednesday, May 1, and was a celebration of visual arts, design, and music. The “museum” on all four floors of the elementary building showcased talented vocalists, musicians, and artists. This year’s theme, “Color My World”, included pieces with primary colors, a portrait gallery, monochromatic colors, color theory, birds and bugs, earth tones, multicultural art, Post-Impressionism and fauves, warm and cool colors, and modern art. Art teacher, Mrs. Jennifer Pennell, has been working with students throughout this entire year preparing works of art for this special festival.
