OCSAA Parent Survey for Accreditation

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s):

The accreditation process that we undertake every five years through the Ohio Catholic Schools Accreditation Association is critical for our school system. This is required and recognized by the State Department of Education.

This process not only identifies a “Catholic Identity Goal,” which is required for all Catholic schools in the state; it also encourages participation from our parents to help identify academic goals (resulting in a “School Improvement Plan”) for those enrolled in our schools.

I urge every parent with children in our school to take a few minutes to respond to this survey. It promises to be a helpful tool to maintain our solid Catholic identity, as well as revise and expand a school improvement plan that both guides our decisions for the future and impacts the learning process for our children.

Your response is valued and important! Please take the time to respond!
Respectfully yours,
Rev. Gregory R. Hite, M.S., S.T.L.
Pastor and Superintendent
