Mrs. Sved and her group of student and parent travelers returned last week from Costa Rica with lots of great memories. Here are some of the pictures from their trip.
(Summary and photos from Mrs. Sved) We visited and learned about the cultivation of coffee, we hiked to see the volcano Poas, swam in the thermal waters of the Arenal volcano, went kayaking in Lake Arenal, went horseback riding and zip-lining in the cloud forest in Monteverde, visited a school where we saw the children dance and we donated a filing cabinet, bingo game and other school supplies, took a river boat along a crocodile infested river, and went swimming in the Pacific Ocean in Manuel Antonio National Park. We watched as monkeys and raccoons tried to steal our bags. And Trevor saw many species of birds!
