Aug 19th: iPads Distribution, Insurance and Information

iPads will be distributed on Wednesday August 19th for all high school students.

Room: 2nd Floor Computer Lab     Time:  10am-1pm

• If you have an unpaid invoice from last year you will not receive your iPad until the invoice is paid.

To receive your iPad, you need the following 3 items

1. 2015 Student iPad Program Acknowledgement Form  Signed and turned in
2. Saint Peter’s 2015 Insurance Handout  Signed and turned in
   • This is optional but highly recommended.  A cracked screen is a minimum $100 repair
   • Checks payable to St. Peter’s High School
   • It’s for 1 year of coverage.  No deductible
   • No need to fill out serial number.  I have that information
   • If you don’t want insurance, just write declined in the serial number area
3. Case for the iPad (freshmen and sophomores are receiving iPad Airs)
   • I would stress the importance of a quality case that surrounds the whole iPad Air such as this one and this one.
4. iPads can also be picked after school starts from Mr. Chamberlin’s office (Ground Floor).  Have the forms ready.
