On Tuesday, Mr. Lew Friend and students in the St. Peter’s Marching Band were preparing for next Tuesday’s Halloween Parade.
The Mansfield Halloween parade will step off at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, at the intersection of Main Street and Fifth Street, will move south on Main Street, west on Park Avenue and north on Walnut Street.
