Thirty-eight Spanish II, III and IV students had a great lunch at the Mexican restaurant, Rancho Fiesta, with their teacher Mr. Novotny, and it also served as a part of their semester exam. Having studied about Spanish restaurants and hospitality as well as the Spanish language, part of the students’ final exam was to speak only in Spanish when talking to the waiters and waitresses during their lunch. What a great way to combine great food and great fun with the application of testing their knowledge of this semester’s learning.
