Congratulations to the St. Peter’s High School Class of 2017!
It was a celebratory week for the SPHS Class of 2017 with the Baccalaurete Mass taking place on Wednesday evening, May 24, and the senior honors assembly and graduation ceremonies on Thursday and Saturday, respectively. Again this year, both the honors assembly and graduation ceremony took place in the Franciscan Activity Center. (graduation photo galleries below)
Congratulations to all the graduates and their families! Special congratulations to Caroline Blunk and Nathan Freshwater, recipients of the Bishop’s Cross, Valedictorian Adam Ghazoul, and Salutatorian Caroline Blunk.
Ninety-four percent (94%) of the graduates from the SPHS Class of 2017 are planning to pursue higher education and the SPHS Class of 2017 has over 5,760 hours of service in the Mansfield community from throughout their high school career.
The entire St. Peter’s community is proud of the graduates for living the mission of St. Peter’s School . . . “practicing Christian spirituality, achieving academic excellence and preparing to be of service to the world.”
We thank our friends at Mansfield News Journal and Richland Source who were there to capture some great photos. Check out their galleries below. (Thank you to Mr. Bob Reith, yearbook moderator, and yearbook staff for some of the photos in our gallery, especially the awesome one of the graduation class!)
