Exploring “Works” in Montessori

The Montessori children have the opportunity to explore many “works” throughout their school day. Preschoolers and kindergarten students often work side by side and learn from one another. We focus attention on our activities . . . doing our best each time. Our 5 Senses are explored in various ways, from smelling and identifying, to matching shapes with only touch. We work on both levels of the Montessori house. Upstairs we work with numbers and with reading skills. We are growing in many ways . . . including in our friendships.

Thank you to Mrs. Beres for sending this information and these awesome photos of Montessori students enjoying their school day.
