The October weekend campout for St. Peter’s Parish Boy Scouts and adult leaders was packed with adventure, fun, history and reverence! Weekend adventures included visiting the Nation Museum of the USAF, two national historic landmarks—Huffman Prairie Flying Field & John W. Berry, Sr. Wright Brothers Aviation Center—Mass at the University of Dayton—Holy Angels Catholic Church and a conservation service project earning scouts and leaders the prestigious National Parks Services Resource Stewardship Scout Ranger Patch. Scouts and leaders also earned The Tecumseh Council Scouting Aviation Heritage Medallion by completing the Scouting Aviation Heritage program.
