Children of all ages learn about our world and each continent. After the lesson on the continent picked by the child, they punch it out of paper and will eventually create a continents map of their own to teach their families from!
The children are also practicing printing words that the teacher speaks. They use their brain power to decide which letters make up the words and then how to print the letters using the D’Nealian method. (Learning how to form the printed letters this way from the beginning makes a simple transition to cursive when we teach that!) We are all so proud of the work we do!
