Three very beloved teacher-administrators are retiring from Catholic education at the end of the 2012-2013 school year. With a combined 90 years of service to St. Peter’s Catholic School, Jim Smith (26 years), Beverly Brook (39 years) and Tina Siegfried (25 years) will retire in June. Following Mass on the last day of school, students presented both Mr. Smith and Mrs. Brook with a large memory book, covered in the material of a school uniform. The book was crafted by veteran/retired teacher Mrs. Miriam Macke and the contents collected by all the teachers and students. Mrs. Siegfried was specially honored in the Montessori House by her staff, students, and parents as well.
We will miss you Mr. Smith, Mrs. Brook and Mrs. Siegfried. Thank you for all you have done for the families and students of St. Peter’s School.
