In order to reinforce that the Wise Men were not present at the exact time Jesus was born and that they had to travel, the Wise Men from Ms. Johnson’s second grade classroom nativity have been traveling this whole month of December. The first week they were hidden in her classroom, the second week in the elementary school, and this week throughout campus. Each day her class goes searching for them as they did for Jesus. And on Thursday, the students found the Wise Men in front of the rectory creche! Here they stand, holding the Wise Men, after their long search.
