If severe weather or other emergencies necessitate school closing, announcements will be made through the following platforms:
Delayed Start or Early Dismissal – When there is a threat of severe weather or when there is a special emergency, it may be necessary to begin school late or dismiss school early. This will be announced through the same platforms. Parents/Guardians should have made arrangements with their children about where to go in case of an early dismissal.
For the safety and well-being of all students, the Diocese of Toledo has instituted safety protocols by which all employees and volunteers of its Catholic schools must abide. Any adult who would like to volunteer at St. Peter’s at an activity where students are present must complete the VIRTUS training and background check before volunteering.
If you have completed this program at your parish, you don’t need to complete it again.
This program is online, taking about 45 minutes to complete. You can register and take the certification test at VIRTUS Online.
