Dear Friends in Christ,
I am pleased to announce that Mrs. Madalyn Bauer, M. Ed., has accepted the position
of St. Peter’s Elementary School Principal, beginning with the 2013-14 school year.
Mrs. Bauer comes to us with a wealth of educational experience and expertise. She
holds a Master’s degree in Education and is certified in: Counselor Education; School Principal
Licenses (pre-K to 12); and is a registered nurse. This background has given her extensive
experience in special education, grades K-12; counseling; behavior plans and discipline;
Pre-School coordinator; college placement and testing; parent-community programs;
budgeting; staff development; hiring and supervision of personnel; and master scheduling.
I believe our St. Peter’s community will also find her to be skilled in communication, and
passionate about the mission of our Catholic school.
A practicing Catholic, Madalyn and her husband reside in West Salem, Ohio. She comes
to us highly recommended, and her selection was the result of a unanimous recommendation of
our Search Committee.
