Congratulations to our November Students of the Month. These students were recognized for displaying the virtue of honesty.
Spartan of the Month and the virtue program coincide with our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program. “Be a Spartan” includes school-wide expectations, and students are expected to “Be safe, Be Respectful, and Be Responsible” Spartans every day. Positive behavior in and out of the classroom is key to building our school’s community of grace.
Teachers reinforce the virtue of the month with lessons in their classrooms, and the virtue is reinforced every morning on announcements, and students are given a task each week to practice the virtue of the month in action.
